Our History

Henry Wright started Elmstead Market Football Club in July 2023 after returning home from being on trial with professional Lithuanian side FC Džiugas Telšiai. He was named in the first team squad on July 1st 2023 for a big A Lyga clash at home vs DFK Dainava as both teams went head to head in hopes of staying in the top level of the Lithuanian football pyramid for another season. 

When he come back from his trial he wanted to do soemthing in his local community, so he started Elmstead Market FC.
